In my locations I can normally accommodate up to 14 people (Milan) or 30 (Lake Como - in the summer season).
In Milan I "move" the larger groups to an old farmhouse on the outskirts of the city immersed in the greenery of the Lambro Park (East ring road, Lambrate or Palmanova exit)

On "that branch of Lake Como that turns towards the south..." known to most as the Lecco branch, a few kilometers from Varenna - in a single house overlooking the lake surrounded by meadows, trees and mountains.
